CBP57系列防爆配電柜（ⅡB、ⅡC）

 適用范圍

■ 1區(qū)、2區(qū)危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所。                                         

■ⅡA、ⅡB、IIC類(lèi)爆炸性氣體環(huán)境。

■ 可實(shí)現(xiàn)照明,動(dòng)力配電,也可實(shí)現(xiàn)多路降壓起動(dòng)配并可實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)量和監(jiān)測(cè)控制.

■ 注:要求IIC類(lèi)時(shí)請(qǐng)注明.

 

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)

■外殼采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板焊接成型，內(nèi)裝各種防爆電器，可按 照用 戶(hù)提供的電器原理圖及主要技術(shù)參數(shù)定配電柜的 外形尺寸并選用相應(yīng)的防爆電器,可根據(jù)要求制作成面 板上直接操作或開(kāi)門(mén)后操作等形式。

 常見(jiàn)方案舉例 :

（一）、多路動(dòng)力（照明）配電

通過(guò)將多個(gè)防爆斷路器或動(dòng)力(照明)配電箱及數(shù)個(gè)防爆 接線(xiàn)箱組合,可在電壓380V,電流630A的三相交流50Hz配電系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)力,照明配電設(shè)備的電能轉(zhuǎn)換分配及控制。

（二）、多路電磁起動(dòng)配電

通過(guò)將多個(gè)防爆電磁起動(dòng)器或電磁起動(dòng)箱和防爆斷路器、操作柱和防爆接線(xiàn)箱等組合，可在電壓380V的三相交50Hz配電系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)力配送及電動(dòng)機(jī)的集中控制，并可根據(jù)要求加裝信號(hào)、電壓表,電流表等監(jiān)控裝置。

（三）、多路降壓起動(dòng)配電

將防爆降壓起動(dòng)箱置于防護(hù)柜中，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)交流50Hz、電壓為380V，電路中容量為95KW及以下的三相籠型電動(dòng)機(jī)的不頻繁降壓起動(dòng)，具有短路、缺相、過(guò)流堵轉(zhuǎn)等保護(hù)功能，可用手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)和遠(yuǎn)控等多種方式來(lái)控制。

（四）、混合型

根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求，將相應(yīng)的防爆電器組合，從而滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的需要，配電柜的常見(jiàn)外形尺寸。 符合GB3836-2000,IEC60079標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求

 

Application           

◆ Can be used in Zone 1 and Zone 2 dangerous places.     

◆ Can be used in IIA、IIB、IIC group explosive atmosphere.

◆ Able to be used for illuminating,power disstributing,multi-circuit voltage-rduced starting,also for meter-controlling and inspect-controlling.

 ■ The enclosure is welded by high-quality steel plates.Inside will be installed explosion-proof electrical appliances which can be reatively  selected according  to be installed in flush plate.Directly operating  or operating after opening is  possible.

Multi-circuit power(illumination)distribution box Through benig made  up of several explosion-proof breakers or power (illumi nation)distribution boxes and a few explosion-proof junction boxes,the distribution box can bransform, distribute and control ower and energy of 380V 630V,50Hz.eletromagnet-system.

Multi-circuit electromagnet-starting distribution box  Through being made up of several explosion-proof electromagnetic starters  or electromagnetic staring boxes,explosion-proof CB,operating post and  explosion-proof juncitonbox,the contribution cn transmit ower and centrally control the motors of 380V,50Hz eletrical system,The branch current canreach  up to 160A to user'srequirement wo as to be controlled remotely.And the  signal lamp.Voltmeter,ammeter,etc can be added as required.  

◆C,Multi-circuit voltage-reduced starting distribution box  Explosion-proof voltage-reduce starter is put in the box to unfrequently start the motors of 50Hz, 380V,95kW and below-3phase squirra-case.lt has the  protections of short-circuit,phase-failure,overcurrent and motor-block.Beng  controlled  mannually,automatically or remotely is availabe.    

◆  D.Meter-controlling,inspect-controlling Through inner explosion-proof meter of auxiliary instrument,theparameter,pressure,temperaturd of circuit can be mesaured and inspectde.
