加速度傳感器可用于測量震動,沖擊,速度,位移和傾斜等等。ICSensors是世界上少數(shù)幾個能夠生產(chǎn)高達(dá)2KHz直流相應(yīng)的加速度計廠家之一。直流相應(yīng)能夠在較低的頻率范圍內(nèi)保證測量精度,這些是慣性導(dǎo)航儀和智能機器人中所必須的。由于頻率范圍的拓展,不管傳感器是從傾斜狀態(tài)變化到震動狀態(tài),都可以用一只傳感器同時實現(xiàn)靜態(tài)和動態(tài)參數(shù)的測試。如今,基于硅壓阻式原理的加速度計技術(shù)已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于各種板載或?qū)S梅庋b結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品中。ICSensors根據(jù)安裝形式不同可分為PC板安裝式加速度計和封裝加速度計,PC板安裝式加速度計的主要型號有:Model 3022,Model 3028,Model 3052,Model 3058,Model 3031,Model 3041等。封裝加速度計主要型號有:Model 4000,Model 4610,Model 4615,Model 4630,Model 1201,Model 62,Model 64等
