Ⅰ、Description (產(chǎn)品描述)

         ALABINE SVB series inks, which prepared with special mixed-resin, extra fine fillers and pigments, and so on, are not only feeling fine and smooth, but also of good leveling and printability. The after-treatment on the presswork is feasible, such as punching, drilling, cutting, etc. The film is alcohol resistant， chemical resistant and sterilization resistant.

         ALABINE SVB系列油墨由特種樹脂、超細(xì)顏填料等配制而成。該產(chǎn)品色彩細(xì)膩，流平性和印刷性非常優(yōu)秀，后加工適應(yīng)性也特別理想，如沖壓、鉆孔、切割等；涂膜耐酒精耐化學(xué)溶劑耐蒸煮。

Ⅱ、Recommended Application (推薦應(yīng)用)

◆ Recommended substrate: Harden PC, harden PMMA, the surface of UV coating, electroplating layer, etc.

◆ Recommended for: Windows screens, the phone keypad, the phone shell, etc.

◇ 適用基材：加硬PC，加硬PMMA，UV漆面，電鍍面等

◇ 推薦用途：視窗屏，手機按鍵，手機殼等

Ⅲ、Proposed Operation (操作建議)

         Prepare: To clean the surface with ALATIVE SC5 treater and make sure non-dust, non-grease. To dilute the Ink with 3-20% ALATIVE SR6 thinner（In order to regulate the drying rate of ink ,please make use of ALATIVE RR6 dry retarder or ALATIVE SF3 dry accelerant）. Mix the ink with the ALATIVE SA5 (10-15%, to total) activator completely and then is ready.

         Mesh count: 70T to 180T

         Drying: Air dry in 12-18 hours, or forced dry at 80 ^OC in about 40 minutes.

         Cleaning: To remove the stain and bad print with ALATIVE SC6 remover, and to clear the screen plate with ALATIVE CC6 cleaner.

         印前：用ALATIVE SC5清洗印件表面，確定無塵、無油脂；用3-20%的ALATIVE SR8將產(chǎn)品稀釋至需要稠度（調(diào)節(jié)油墨干燥速度，可以配合適量的ALATIVE RR6或ALATIVE SF3），添加10-15%（對總量）ALATIVE SA5活化劑，與油墨充分混合；即可印刷。

         網(wǎng)紗：70T至180T

         干燥：自然風(fēng)干，12至18小時；或80^OC烘干，約40分鐘。

         清洗：用ALATIVE SC6清除污點和不良印刷；用ALATIVE CC6清洗網(wǎng)板。

Ⅳ、Color & Packaging (顏色&包裝)

         Color: More than 20 kinds of colors for selection and with professional mixed-color service.

         Packaging: 1kg/can, 5kg/barrel, 20kg/barrel

         包裝：1千克/罐；5千克/桶；20千克/桶
