Ⅰ、Description (產(chǎn)品描述)
AGAVURE AG20 high glossy waterborne varnish, AGAVURE AS30 semi-glossy waterborne varnish, AGAURE AM60 matte waterborne varnish, which prepared with high temperature tolerant resins, special additives, are not only of good printability and suitable for high speed printing, but also of capability to tolerate 200 to 250OC high temperature and antifreeze to -10OC. The film is scratch resistant, alcohol resistant, and prevent from peeling off to maintain the print colorful. The products meet national and EU environmental standards, in line with international environmental requirements.
AGAVURE AG20高光水性光油、AGAVURE AS30平光水性光油、AGAURE AM60啞光水性光油，該水性光油系列產(chǎn)品，均由耐高溫樹脂、特種助劑配制而成，印刷適應(yīng)性佳，適宜高速作業(yè)；能耐200-250 OC高溫，抗凍達(dá)-10OC；涂膜耐磨抗刮，耐酒精，能有效防止印圖脫墨，并保持圖案的鮮艷光亮。該產(chǎn)品符合國(guó)家和歐盟環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，符合國(guó)際環(huán)保要求。
Ⅱ、Recommended Application (推薦應(yīng)用)
◆ Recommended substrate: White paper, cardboard, cardboard, paper pearl, synthetic paper, cellophane, copperplate paper, etc.
◆ Recommended for: The printing on food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, alcoholic drinks and tobacco packaging, refrigeration packaging, and son on.
◇ 適用基材：白板紙、紙板、卡紙、珠光紙、合成紙、玻璃紙、銅版紙等
◇ 推薦用途：食品包裝，藥品包裝，煙酒包裝，冷凍包裝等的印刷
Ⅲ、Proposed Operation (操作建議)
◆ Prepare for the dilution
Dry retarder: alcohol or isopropanol: distilled water = 1:18
Thinner: alcohol or isopropanol: distilled water = 1:1
Dry accelerant: alcohol or isopropanol: distilled water = 3:1
◆ According to the requirements, dilute the product with the corresponding dilution, and then is ready for use.
◇ 調(diào)和劑的調(diào)配
慢干調(diào)和劑：酒精或異丙醇：蒸餾水=1：18
適中調(diào)和劑：酒精或異丙醇：蒸餾水=1：1
快干調(diào)和劑：酒精或異丙醇：蒸餾水=3：1
◇ 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)要求，用相應(yīng)調(diào)和劑充分稀釋產(chǎn)品后，即可上機(jī)印刷。
