尼龍—6切片
特征：尼龍—6切片生產(chǎn)采用兩端聚合、連續(xù)萃取、聯(lián)系干燥和DCS控制，產(chǎn)品為無色透明，無機(jī)械雜志、粒度均勻的圓柱形顆粒。切片規(guī)格（直徑×長(zhǎng)）為2.0—2.5×2.0—2.5。
用途：尼龍—6切片粘度在2.4—3.6之間，可滿足高速紡和拉膜生產(chǎn)要求，廣泛用于民用絲、工業(yè)絲、尼龍6薄膜以及高強(qiáng)度工程塑料的生產(chǎn)。
Nylon 6 Chip
The nylon 6 chip plant of Baling Petrochemical is one of the largest plants in China The output or Eagle King nylon 6 chip is 42 kt annually. The primary technology and equipments of polymerization unit was imported from Germany. The main production technologies include two-state polymerization, continuous extraction, continuous drying and DCS control , which reaches the advanced international level.
Characteristics:
Nylon 6 chip is colorless transparent column-shaped particles with unitform particle size and no mechanical impurities. The specification of the chip is 2.0-2.5×2.0-2.5(diameter×length)
Application:
Nylon 6 chip has the viscosity of 2.4-3.6, satiosfying the requirement of high-speed spinning and drawing film. It can be widely used in the filed of civit yarn, industrial yarn, nylon 6 film and high-strength engineering plastics.
