防跳線器：防跳線器用于漆包線大幅度改變方向及作適量導向和防止繞線過程中的跳線。其中間由精密陶瓷制作瓷圈，超精拋光達Ra0.2。瓷圈內(nèi)裝有高速軸承，使漆包線與瓷圈之內(nèi)的延遲滑動距離小于0.20mm，保護漆膜完好及保證漆包線的跳動在很小的范圍之內(nèi)，保持了張力的穩(wěn)定性。
