XBD-MTU 噴油泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)

 

MTU噴油泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)是我公司根據(jù)油泵油嘴行業(yè)要求自行設(shè)計(jì)研制的最新一代柴油機(jī)燃油噴射系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)調(diào)試設(shè)備。該產(chǎn)品主傳動(dòng)采用當(dāng)今最先進(jìn)的變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)，無級(jí)調(diào)速范圍可達(dá)0－4000rpm，轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定，輸出扭矩大，超低噪音。試驗(yàn)臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)速、量油計(jì)數(shù)、燃油溫度、氣體壓力、齒桿行程、提前角等功能，全部用數(shù)字顯示，顯示清晰、工作可靠、控制精度高。該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)最突出的一個(gè)特點(diǎn)是：具有多檔轉(zhuǎn)速預(yù)置，預(yù)置轉(zhuǎn)速快、精度高，這樣大大地節(jié)省了調(diào)泵時(shí)間，提高了工作效率。試驗(yàn)臺(tái)根據(jù)功率分5.5千瓦、7.5千瓦、11千瓦、15千瓦、18.5千瓦、22千瓦、55千瓦等各種規(guī)格。

 

一、MTU噴油泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)主要特點(diǎn)

 

1、主機(jī)傳動(dòng)采用變頻調(diào)速，調(diào)速范圍在±4000轉(zhuǎn)/分。

 

2、量油計(jì)數(shù)、主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、齒桿行程、提前角度，均采用四位數(shù)顯。

 

3、燃油溫度、氣體壓力為三位數(shù)顯。

 

4、手動(dòng)調(diào)速和轉(zhuǎn)速多檔預(yù)置。

 

5、0-0.25Mpa氣源輸出,內(nèi)置式打氣泵。

 

6、具有DC12V和DC24V穩(wěn)壓電源輸出。

 

7、主機(jī)為槽鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)，整體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、穩(wěn)固。

 

8、殼體采用靜電噴塑，機(jī)殼美觀。

 

9、集油箱可左右旋轉(zhuǎn)，亦可上下調(diào)整。

二、MTU噴油泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的用途

 

MTU噴油泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)根據(jù)所調(diào)試的油泵，選用適當(dāng)?shù)母骄?，可進(jìn)行如下項(xiàng)目的調(diào)試：

 

1、測(cè)試不同轉(zhuǎn)速下噴油泵的各缸供油量和供油均勻性。

 

2、測(cè)試噴油泵的供油始點(diǎn)及供油間隔角度。

 

3、調(diào)速器工作性能的檢查及調(diào)整。

 

4、壓力補(bǔ)償性能的測(cè)試及檢查。

 

5、分配泵工作性能的測(cè)試及調(diào)整。

 

6、冷啟動(dòng)裝置及電磁閥性能檢查。

 

7、分配泵各種轉(zhuǎn)速下的回油量測(cè)量。

 

8、分配泵各種轉(zhuǎn)速下的內(nèi)壓測(cè)定。

 

9、噴油泵密封性能實(shí)驗(yàn)。

 

10、檢查輸油泵自吸功能。
