【Usage】

1, the standard use of law:

Light-colored, 1-2% owf of 2-3% owf dark color 3-4% owf

Treatment at 80 ℃ for 20 minutes after treatment washing bath ratio 20:1

2, staining, washing after fixation treatment

20 minutes, washed and dried

Dye bath placed:

①Fabrics ②dye ③leveling agent (should try to avoid the use of cationic leveling agent in order to avoid the formation of precipitation.)

【使用說明】

1、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用法：

淺 色1-2%o.w.f       中 色2-3%o.w.f       深 色3-4%o.w.f

處理溫度80℃     時(shí) 間20分鐘      浴比20：1 處理后清洗

2、染色后，清洗后固色處理

20分鐘 水洗并烘干

染浴液內(nèi)放置：

①織物        ②染料        ③勻染劑（應(yīng)盡量避免使用陽離子勻染劑，以免形成沉淀。）

【軋染法】

一浸一軋（20-30g/l）——烘干（160-170℃×1分鐘）

2, washed (excluding printing paste)

3, in solution by adding 0.5-1.0% of the HH-501H, dealing with 1 minute at 60-70 ℃.

4, rinsing and drying (after rinsing can increase the clarity of bottom)

【使用如下】

1、蒸汽后，溶液中加入0.5-1.0%的HH-501H，在室溫下處理1-2分鐘。

2、水洗（除去印花漿）

3、在溶液中加入0.5-1.0%的HH-501H，在60-70℃處理1分鐘。

4、漂洗和烘干（漂洗后能提高底板的清晰度）
