【用途】

本品是一種多功能整理劑；

一、通過復配，可以提高、改善某些指標，衍生更有針對性的產(chǎn)品； 例如與一般的硅油復配，可以根據(jù)織物對蓬松度、平滑度、柔軟度的要求，調(diào)整硅油和本產(chǎn)品的比例，通過協(xié)同作用，達到更優(yōu)異的手感 風格。

二、適用于聚酯纖維及其混紡織物的染色、后整理；使聚酯纖維及其混紡織物具有天然纖維的基本特性。

1、可以做親水整理劑（一般建議化10%含量）無論是染色還是后整理，都將使織物具有一滴即濕的親水效果。并且具有較好的耐洗性。

2、可以做抗靜電劑（一般建議化10%含量）值的一提的是在織物下定型機時經(jīng)過它整理后，靜電現(xiàn)象可以得到很好的控制。

3、可以做易去污整理劑（一般建議化10%含量）經(jīng)整理后的聚酯織物具有很好的易去污性能，同時具有較好的防沾污性能。

三、特別提醒：

該多功能整理劑對于各類滌綸織物，滌腈復合毛巾布，珊瑚絨等效果特佳。

 

【Dissolution / dilution method】

【溶解/稀釋方法】

水→攪拌80r/min→升溫至85～90℃→慢慢投本品→溶脹→ 85℃ 保溫150～180分鐘→冷卻至50℃→過濾放料(放料時把桶內(nèi)泡沫撇掉,泡沫靜置2天后變成正常的淺米黃色分散液)。
