QYJ-8000A型全自動液壓成型機(jī)
QYJ-8000A型是我公司在專業(yè)生產(chǎn)液壓機(jī)械基礎(chǔ)上，引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)液壓技術(shù)，新研發(fā)的環(huán)保型新產(chǎn)品，榮獲國家實用新型專利（專利號：ZL 200820229505.5）。
該設(shè)備采用智能化的操作指揮臺，并配有彩色觸摸大屏幕和PLC控制系統(tǒng)，可實現(xiàn)人機(jī)對話智能控制系統(tǒng)。觸摸屏幕顯示參數(shù)調(diào)整，可自動顯示系統(tǒng)工作狀態(tài)和出現(xiàn)的故障，系統(tǒng)報警顯示故障部位，同時可實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷和修復(fù)，為客戶排除后顧之憂。
該設(shè)備采用以靜壓取代高頻振動,具有高強(qiáng)度、無噪音、壓力可調(diào)等特點。該設(shè)備根據(jù)用戶不同要求，可生產(chǎn)出不同規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品，如：彩色路面磚、標(biāo)磚、環(huán)保磚、路沿石、水利護(hù)坡磚、高鐵電纜線槽預(yù)制構(gòu)件、植草磚、市政工程園林景觀配套制品、建筑廢渣利用制品等是規(guī)模型建材企業(yè)的首選生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。
QYJ-8000A Completely Hydraulic Brick Forming Machine
QYJ-8000A is a newly-developed eco-friendly brick forming machine. It's a perfect combination of our experience in making hydraulic machines with the latest technology brought in from abroad. The machine got patented, patent No.: 200820229505.5.  Controlled by PLC, the parameter adjustment is shown on the color screen of PLC. This is the machine controlled by inteligent system. The working state and error will be shown automatically on the screen. System alarm shows where the errors are , at the same time, it is possible to check and repair the machines from long-distant assistance, which can keep client away from worrying about after-sale service and machine maintenance.

Different technologies are used in the machine, such static pressure instead of high frequency vibration, little noise, pressure adjustment and so on. The machine can produce all kinds of bricks in various sizes as long as the moulds changed. It's the best choice to  produce color pavers brick, standard brick, Eco-standard brick, curbstone, slope protection brick, lintels grass planting brick, products related to road and railway, concrete items related to city projects and products made of construction slags.

QYJ-8000B型全自動液壓成型機(jī)
QYJ-8000B型是我司在應(yīng)用生產(chǎn)A型的基礎(chǔ)上，通過和科研院校的技術(shù)合作，采用高科技自動化技術(shù)研發(fā)出來另一種新型設(shè)備。
該設(shè)備采用上、下壓頭，使壓制成型的制品外形尺寸準(zhǔn)確、密實度更強(qiáng)。料車采用旋轉(zhuǎn)式布料，以解決布料難問題。脫模由上往下擠出，脫模后利用布料車直接把制品夾出，無須托板，使成型速度更快、更完善、生產(chǎn)效率更高。
選用該設(shè)備，主要適用于細(xì)粉沫性的原材料，可生產(chǎn)不同規(guī)格的標(biāo)磚、灰沙磚、頁巖磚、環(huán)保磚、通體磚、路沿石、多孔磚、水利護(hù)坡磚等特殊品種的壓制品。
該設(shè)備生產(chǎn)的制品可直接由人工堆疊，也可選用我司生產(chǎn)的GM—1000型全自動碼垛機(jī)把壓制好的產(chǎn)品直接碼垛，再配套全自動流水線作業(yè)進(jìn)入蒸養(yǎng)窯，或堆放在堆場自然養(yǎng)護(hù)。

QYJ-8000B Completely Hydraulic Brick Forming Machine
QYJ-8000B is a new machine upgraded from QYJ-8000A using the latest automatic technology from our co-operation with high-tech university and research center.
QYJ-8000B with two press head, the upper and the bottom press head, can produce more precise sizes of products in higher density. Problem that is hard to feed materials is solved by using spiral material laying method. Products get off the mould from top to  bottom, being pushed out with clamp device. No pallets are needed in production. This makes products are made fasterly and efficiently.
Using powder shape materials, QYJ-8000B machine is  suitable to produce bricks demanded on high pressure, such as standard brick, flyash brick, shale brick, Eco Brick, curbstone, multi-hole brick, slope protection brick,etc.
   Formed products can be picked up and stacked by labour or by our GM-1000 automatic Stacking Machine. GM-1000 can be used with automatic curing system to form a complete automatic brick plant with other machines. Formed products can be cured naturally too.
