QFT10-15型全自動(dòng)混凝土砌塊成型機(jī)
QFT10-15型是選用我司原生產(chǎn)QFT8-15型的基礎(chǔ)上，再綜合多種機(jī)型的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，引用多項(xiàng)最新技術(shù)，通過采用二次布料可生產(chǎn)不同規(guī)格形狀的彩色路面磚系列產(chǎn)品。使該機(jī)型具有高品質(zhì)、耐用性強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)廣、產(chǎn)品多樣化等特點(diǎn)。
1、 控制系統(tǒng)采用彩色大屏幕觸摸屏，實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)對(duì)話界面智能化控制系統(tǒng)，電腦儲(chǔ)存數(shù)十種運(yùn)行模式，可供選擇，操作簡便，控制電器采用日本富士、歐姆龍等國際品牌。
2、該機(jī)型采用液壓馬達(dá)傳送振動(dòng)，解決電機(jī)發(fā)熱等問題。“遠(yuǎn)程通信”控制系統(tǒng)，它為異地監(jiān)控、故障查詢、系統(tǒng)升級(jí)等提供了極大的方便。
3、 布料采用平送裝置使下料更加均勻、準(zhǔn)確，一機(jī)多用，更換模具可生產(chǎn)不同規(guī)格彩色路面磚、植草磚、環(huán)保磚、空心砌塊、多孔磚、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)磚、隔熱磚、輕質(zhì)陶粒磚、通體磚、各種公路鐵路的水泥制品、市政工程園林景觀配套制品、建筑廢渣利用制品等量身定造，該機(jī)型是投資規(guī)模型水泥制品企業(yè)的主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。本機(jī)可另行配置獨(dú)立式自動(dòng)降板機(jī)，作全自動(dòng)簡易生產(chǎn)線。
注：若本機(jī)另行加裝配置：升降機(jī)、子母車、高位碼垛機(jī)、翻板機(jī)等可作全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。
QFT10-15 Fully Automatic Brick Forming Machine
With several latest technology and the best characteristics from previous machines, QFT10-15 is a new machine upgraded from QFT8-15 fully automatic machine. QFT10-15 can feed the materials twice automatically to produce all kinds of color paver bricks. It has many features such as long life span, cater to different requirements, can produce many kinds of products with high quality.
4. It's easy for workers to communicate with the machine through color screen touch control system. They are mode storages to keep tens of preset modes, easy to change to preset mode. Japan Fuji PLC control, Omron PLC control and famous brands are used in the machine.
5. The hydraulic system activates and gives power to the vibration to keep motor from over-heating. "Remote telecommunication" system provides great convenience for place-to-place monitor, breakdown of self-exam and system upgrade etc.
6. Flat materials feeding system keeps materials well distributed in proper amounts. As long as moulds are changed, QFT10-15  machine can produce color pavers brick, standard brick, block, environmental brick, light ceramic particle brick, grass-planting brick, heat proof brick,  products related to road and railway, concrete items related to city projects and products made of construction slags. QFT10-15 is the machine for scale production of concrete products. QFT10-15 machine with MD stacker forms a simple automatic production line.
Remarks: QFT10-15 machine with elevator, lowerator, Finger Cart, MD Stacker, Pallet returner and others consist of a fully automatic production line.
