3、振動采用液壓馬達(dá)，解決電機(jī)發(fā)熱難題，振動頻率通過比例閥可調(diào)，并采用油研液壓原件，使機(jī)械更加可靠、穩(wěn)定。
4、本機(jī)適用于生產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量，高強(qiáng)度的混凝土或粉煤灰砌塊，高強(qiáng)度連鎖碼頭磚，一機(jī)多用，更換模具可生產(chǎn)不同規(guī)格空心砌塊、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)磚、多孔磚、隔熱磚、通體磚、護(hù)坡磚、各種公路鐵路用水泥制品、市政工程園林景觀配套制品、建筑廢渣利用制品等。
5、如另增加一臺彩色面料布料機(jī)，可生產(chǎn)各種彩色路面磚、環(huán)保磚、植草磚等（本機(jī)可另行配置獨(dú)立式自動降板機(jī)）。
QT6-15 Fully Automatic Brick Forming Machine
QT6-15 machine has main features as follows,
1.PLC intellectual controlling system, digital data transport, self exam and remote controlling function. 
2.Laying materials in spiral way makes it easy to feed the material for multi-hole bricks. 
3.Hydraulic vibrating motor, it prevents the heat problem of the engine. Vibrating frequency is changeable. With the original hydraulic parts imported, it is more reliable and steadier. 
4.This machine is suitable to make strong concrete brick or flyash brick in high quality .
5.This machine could be used in many ways. As long as moulds are changed, it is available to make hollow brick, multi-hole brick, heat-proof brick, slope protection brick, grass-planting brick, products related to road and railway, concrete items related to city projects and products made of construction slags.etc. With colorful material mechanism,QT6-15 can produce color pavement brick. (Independent MD Stacker can be used with QT6-15 forming a simple automatic line.)
