該機(jī)采用PLC智能控制，馬達(dá)傳動(dòng)，成型振動(dòng)加壓等工藝，生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量好、效率高、運(yùn)行可靠，如另增加一臺(tái)彩色面料布料機(jī)，可生產(chǎn)各種彩面地磚等。
可根據(jù)用戶不同要求生產(chǎn)各種空心砌塊、多孔磚、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)磚、通體磚、隔熱磚、連鎖砌塊、水利護(hù)坡磚，輕質(zhì)陶粒磚、各種公路鐵路水泥制品、市政工程園林景觀配套制品、建筑廢渣利用制品等生產(chǎn)的制品抗壓強(qiáng)度高、規(guī)格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、外型美觀等優(yōu)點(diǎn)(本機(jī)可另行配置獨(dú)立式自動(dòng)降板機(jī))。
