【Application】

【Usage】

Solid-color processing:

Rolling solid craft: 10 ~ 30 / L

Solid immersion process: 1.0 ~ 3.0% (owf), temperature: 40 ~ 50 ℃

浸固工藝：1.0～3.0%(o.w.f)，溫度：40～50℃

 

【Methods dilution】

1, first dilute the high concentration products into the standard concentration used, under normal circumstances can be diluted 3 to 5 times the use (the industry's top level has been reached), the use of tap water at room temperature diluted on it. Can also be diluted according to customer requirements.

2, following fixation prior to processing, please adequate rinsing dyed fabrics (if need be, soap) to remove residual dye, salt and alkali, in order to ensure effective follow-up of solid colors.

【稀釋方法】

1、先把高濃產(chǎn)品稀釋成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)濃度使用，一般情況下可以稀釋3至5倍使用（已達到行業(yè)一流水平），使用自來水，常溫稀釋就可以了。也可以按客戶要求稀釋。

2、在進行固色處理之前，請將染色織物充分的漂洗（有需要時進行皂洗），去除殘存的染料、鹽及堿，以保證后續(xù)的固色效果。
