用於餃子皮、餛鈍皮等包餡食品皮子的成型。本機(jī)具有自動(dòng)化程度高，操作方便，能耗低、效率高、産量可調(diào)等特點(diǎn)，是生産手工速凍餃子的理想之選。全機(jī)工作部位主要由壓皮、滾切餃子皮二個(gè)部分組成。工作時(shí)壓皮機(jī)構(gòu)連續(xù)壓制出面帶，經(jīng)成型模具滾切成餃子皮。

此機(jī)用麵粉加水量45%攪拌合成麵團(tuán)加入下料口，一開機(jī)便可出一塊塊四方的面皮。該機(jī)配有輸送帶，製品成型後可方便輸出，也可另配較長輸送即，兩側(cè)做人包制産品。
