運(yùn)用我司研發(fā)的插芯長(zhǎng)度補(bǔ)長(zhǎng)技術(shù)，對(duì)不同長(zhǎng)度的插芯提供穩(wěn)定的插芯壓力，從而保證了客戶的最大產(chǎn)量。
RP系列夾具包含的研磨頭數(shù)分別我12，16，18，20，24頭，也可根據(jù)客人要求定制其它規(guī)格的研磨頭。

RP optical fiber polishing fixture description:
RAYPOO’s optical fiber polishing fixtures, coupled with our optical fiber polishing machines, hold the close tolerances and repeatability required to achieve superior production results for apex offset, radius of curvature, fiber protrusion, back reflecion and under-cut.
RP designs and manufactures fixtures to polish all industry standard optical fiber connectors.
Additionally, we design and fabricate custom fixtures for emerging connector technologies and proprietary projects.
Polishing fixtures are available using our adjustable ferrule length compensation (FLC)technology. This design provides consistent ferrule pressure, regardless of ferrule length, providing clients with maximum yield and industry leading production results.
Models are available in 112,16,18,20,24 ports configurations depending on connector style. All models are manufactured from hardened stainless steel with ferrule holes.
