1-1 簡介：General introduction
本說明書是JSY-01 型自動介質損
耗測試儀的安裝及驗收和使用的說明
書。JSY-01 型自動介質損耗測試儀采用
單片機技術，運用了矢量計算方法。是
一種新穎的測量介質損耗角正切（tgδ ）
和電容值（Cx）的自動化儀器。可以在
各種場合條件下，測量各種絕緣材料、
絕緣套管、電力電纜、電容器、互感器、
變壓器等高壓設備在工頻高電壓下的介
質損耗正切（tgδ ）和電容值（Cx）。與
西林電橋相比，具有操作簡單、自動測量、讀數(shù)直觀、無需換算、精度高、重復
性好、抗干擾能力強等優(yōu)點。儀器內(nèi)附標準電容器和升電壓裝置，在“內(nèi)接”方式
下使用，無需其它外接設備，便于攜帶。
The ma nual illustrates the insta lla tion and acceptance for the JSY-01 automa tic
dielectric dissipation tester. It adopts sinle plate techinc with munch calculation
method of vector. It is a new automa tic equipment to test tgδ and capacitance Cx. It
measures the tgδ and capacitance Cx for insulation materia l, insua ltion bushing,
power cable, capacitor, mutual inductor and transformer under power frequency
voltage under various conditions.
Compared to schering brid ge, the brid ge operates easily, measures automa tically, and
the reading is direct without calculation. It also has high precision, good repetibility,
and has capability to resist disturba nce. There is standard capacitor and voltage rising
device inside the equipment. It is used under “inner connection”, not necessary for
outer connections and easy to bring.

c. 多種數(shù)據(jù)處理方式相結合，具有抗干擾效果好；能有效消除強烈的電場
干擾對測量的影響，適用于各個強干擾現(xiàn)場試驗。

1-3 結構structure
本儀器將升壓與測量裝置有機的結合在一起,并安裝在一個機箱里。儀器內(nèi)
部安裝一臺10KV 高壓變壓器，使本儀器具有最高輸出10KV 的試驗電壓。還安
裝有內(nèi)置式高壓標準電容器，在采用‘內(nèi)接’方式測量時，無需任何外部設備，便
于攜帶到試驗現(xiàn)場使用；儀器方便用戶靈活地進行多種方式的測量。儀器結構牢
固，并確保高、低壓電路電氣間隙和爬電距離，以保證操作人員的安全。
The equipment combines voltage rising device and measure device, which are in
one cabinet. A 10kV HV transformer is inside the equipment to ensure ma ximum
10kV ouput test voltage. Inner HV standard capacitor is insta lled inside. When
measuring with “inner connection” method, no other equipment is required. It is easy
to bring to test site. Various test methods can be adopted by users. The equipment has
a solid structure. And high voltage, low voltage electric dista nce is ensured so that it is
safe for operators.

1．4．7 基本測量誤差basic measure of error
產(chǎn)品在環(huán)境溫度20℃±5℃ 、相對濕度30%～85%的條件下，應符合表1
之規(guī)定。
