一·用途Usage
液體絕緣材料，通常指的是各種電纜油，變壓器
油，電容器油以及一些在電器中起著絕緣作用的液體
物質(zhì)，通過(guò)我們對(duì)它們介質(zhì)損耗（tgδ）的測(cè)量，來(lái)判
斷它的絕緣性能，從而保證整個(gè)設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行，是
很有必要的。有時(shí)在一些特殊情況下，還要對(duì)這些材
料進(jìn)行介電常數(shù)（ εr）及直流電阻（ Pv）的測(cè)量。對(duì)
這些材料進(jìn)行測(cè)量所采用的測(cè)量電極，俗稱(chēng)：油杯。
本絕緣油介質(zhì)測(cè)量電極在原理和結(jié)構(gòu)上參考了國(guó)標(biāo)
GB5654—85 為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，而設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的。
The liq uid insulation materia l genera lly mea ns cable oil, transformer oil, capacitor
oil or insulation liq uid materia l in some electric equipment. Through the（tgδ）test, their
insulation feature can be judged. So the test is important for the whole equipment norma l
operation. In some specia l conditions, dielectric consta nt（ εr）, or direct current (DC)
resista nce （Pv）are measured to these materia ls. The test electrode for the materia l is
called oil cup. The insulation oil dielectric electrode refers to the nationa l standard both in
theory and structure.
本產(chǎn)品是一種帶有屏蔽保護(hù)極，極間距離為2mm 平板式空氣電容器，它能
有效地抑制和消除雜散電容對(duì)測(cè)量的影響，提高測(cè)量精度。本電極和本廠所生產(chǎn)
的油杯專(zhuān)用溫控儀配合使用，能很方便地對(duì)測(cè)量油在規(guī)定溫度(室溫~199℃)范圍
內(nèi)進(jìn)行加熱和控溫。
The product is with shield ing protection polarities. Between the polarities is a 2 mm plate
type air capacitor, which inhibite scattered capcitance influence to the measure, so that
test accuracy can be improved. The electrode is used with temperature controller specia l
for oil cup. And the controller heat the oil or control its temperature within required
temperature (room temperature ~199℃)
