【產(chǎn)品特征】
100%純天然生姜提取物，無任何殘留和化學(xué)添加劑。整個工藝過程在接近常溫條件下進(jìn)行，產(chǎn)品完整保留了生姜中的全部辛香成分。香氣，香味和辣味濃郁飽滿，逼真自然，是生姜原料的高品質(zhì)替代品。產(chǎn)品全溶于植物油和高于70%的乙醇中。具有較強(qiáng)的抗氧化性。其抗氧化性能優(yōu)于50%天然VE。

【使用說明】
1、本品每克的香氣和風(fēng)味相當(dāng)于純原粉50克（1:50）。
2、可直接添加或用乙醇、植物油稀釋后使用。依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的風(fēng)味要求添加，參考用量：熟肉制品0.01～0.03%；調(diào)味料0.02～0.05%；膨化食品、方便食品及焙烤食品0.005～0.01%；啤酒飲料0.001～0.005%。
【包裝存儲】PE桶、氟化桶或鋁瓶包裝，凈重1kg，5kg，10kg，25kg。也可根據(jù)客戶要求協(xié)商確定。室溫避光保存，4℃冷藏更佳，保質(zhì)期18個月。
