SRSJP系列高效排氣式單螺桿擠出機(jī)是浙江世潤機(jī)械科技有限公司最新研制的新型的片板材及工程塑料專用的擠出機(jī)，長徑比L/D為:35:1-52:1，并不是僅僅將機(jī)筒螺桿的長度延長，而是向客戶提供了一種全新的塑料加工工藝，這種新型的設(shè)備具有兩個(gè)以上的排氣段，與傳統(tǒng)的單排氣擠出機(jī)相比，它具有更多的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，它在壓縮段有著較低的壓縮比，產(chǎn)量有著更有效的提升，顯著降低了機(jī)筒螺桿的磨損，延長了設(shè)備的使用壽命，給客戶帶來了更豐厚的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。對螺桿、機(jī)筒和減速箱有更高要求的客戶，還可選配歐洲原裝進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。
It's newly developed extruder of plate and sheet for project by our company ,L/D ratio scope 35:1-52:1,it's not simply prolonging of the screw,but a totally process of plastic production,it has more than 2 exhaust segments,it has advantages compared to the traditional single exhaust segment extruder:lower compression ratio at the compression,higher output,significant reduction of wear for the screw&barrel,longer service life and more profitable.For those customers who require screw&barrel and gearbox critically,the European imported products would be a good choice.
