SRSJZ 系列錐形雙螺桿擠出機, 是一種適合于各類PVC粉料擠出成型的專用設備。SRSJYP系列新型高效平行異向雙螺桿擠出機是一種高效的混煉、擠出設備，具有剪切速率小，物料不易分解，塑化混煉均勻，產量高，質量優(yōu)，自潔性好，適用范圍廣，使用壽命長等優(yōu)點。本機用途廣泛，配備相應的螺桿、機頭、輔機可將各種熱塑性塑料、熱固性塑料和改性塑料從粉末狀態(tài)直接擠制成pvc管材、異型材、板材、片材、木塑、發(fā)泡片板材、棒材及造粒、薄膜，中空 等其它塑料PVC制品。螺桿采用油冷卻系統(tǒng)、水冷卻系統(tǒng)冷卻。機筒采用特殊設計的油冷/風冷系統(tǒng)冷卻，具有維修方便等優(yōu)點，冷卻系統(tǒng)設計特殊，散熱面積格外大，冷卻迅速，溫度精度可達±1℃。減速箱采用立式結構，結構更緊湊，可靠性高，適用于PVC材料的加工。采用PLC溫控系統(tǒng)，常規(guī)設備采用溫控表系統(tǒng)，經濟實用，便于操作。根據(jù)用戶不同配方要求，配購最合適螺桿，以達到最佳塑化狀態(tài)及物流質量，使整機達到了最佳的比功率和比流量。螺桿全部采用高精度專用數(shù)控螺桿銑床加工，可確保每臺同類擠出設備擠出性能高度一致性。率先引進國際最先進便螺距、變深度、大長徑比螺桿設計技術，使物料在螺桿中剪切、壓縮更柔和，更接近實際需要。分配箱特殊設計，推力軸承格外加固，軸承采用原裝進口，傳動壽命高，可承受更大擠出壓力。本機還裝有定量喂料系統(tǒng)。主電機和喂料電機可分別采用交流變頻調速或直流調速系統(tǒng)。電器系統(tǒng)最大限度采用進口元件，并具有多項故障報警功能，操作方便。對螺桿、機筒和減速器有更高要求的客戶，還可選配歐洲原裝進口產品。
