超臨界高濃度姜辣素說明書

【原料和產(chǎn)地】生姜(Zingiber officinale Rosc)新鮮根莖，經(jīng)清洗、切片、自然晾曬后制成的干姜片為原料，中國山東省地產(chǎn)一級。

【生產(chǎn)工藝】干姜片粉碎，采用超臨界CO₂萃取技術(shù)生產(chǎn)。

【性    狀】深棕紅色至淺褐色果凍狀物體，具有生姜特征香氣和辣味。

【主要成分】姜醇、姜酚、姜烯酚、副姜油酮、姜酮、姜辣二酮、姜辣二醇等。

           姜辣素：≥40%

【產(chǎn)品特征】100%純天然生姜提取物，無任何殘留和化學(xué)添加劑。整個工藝過程在接近常溫條件下進(jìn)行，產(chǎn)品完整保留了生姜中的全部辣味成分，辣味相對原樹脂更加刺激、強(qiáng)烈，是生姜原料的高品質(zhì)替代品。產(chǎn)品全溶于植物油和高于70%的乙醇中。具有較強(qiáng)的抗氧化性。其抗氧化性能優(yōu)于50%天然VE。

【產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用】

1、作為食品添加劑用于可樂飲料、啤酒、醬油、醋、熟肉制品、方便食品、膨化食品、焙烤食品等的食品調(diào)香和調(diào)味；

2、作為香精用于化妝品和日化用品牙膏、香皂、洗手液，洗發(fā)及沐浴露中；

3、個人美體，生發(fā)，減肥；

4、功能食品：抗氧化，抗衰老；治療偏頭痛、風(fēng)濕病和關(guān)節(jié)炎；活血，壯陽；抗血栓；抗腫瘤，特別是皮膚腫瘤；

5、醫(yī)藥：抗菌，消炎(貼膏)；預(yù)防暈車暈船和運(yùn)動性反胃；中藥單方或復(fù)方原料。

 【使用說明】

1、本品每克的風(fēng)味相當(dāng)于純原粉100克（1:100）。
2、可直接添加或用乙醇、植物油稀釋后使用。依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的風(fēng)味要求添加，參考用量：熟肉制品0.005～0.015%；調(diào)味料0.01～0.025%；膨化食品、方便食品及焙烤食品0.0025～0.005%；啤酒飲料0.0005～0.0025%。

【包裝存儲】PE桶、氟化桶包裝，凈重1kg，5kg，10kg，25kg。也可根據(jù)客戶要求協(xié)商確定。室溫避光保存，4℃冷藏更佳，保質(zhì)期18個月。

RAW MATERIALS AND ORIGIN:

Take high quality of dehydrated ginger pieces, which have been washed, sliced and sun dried from fresh rhizome of Zingiber officinale Rosc as raw material. The raw materials are Origin from Shandong province of china.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY:

Grinded the raw material, and manufactured by using supercritical CO₂ extraction.

Red and dark brown to light brown jelly-like objects, having the spicy taste of Ginger.

This product can be added directly or dilute with ethanol, vegetable oil. The addition quantity should be choose to best suit the specific application, Reference dose：Cooked Meat 0.005~0.025, Soy Sauce0.01~0.025, Fast food, Puffing food, bake food 0.0025~0.005%, Beer drink 0.0005～0.0025%.
