POM賽鋼料系列油墨采用高級進口丙烯酸樹脂和高級顏料經(jīng)過細制研磨加工組合而成，適用于PA（尼龍）、POM（賽鋼）、電木、PBT、纖維合成、工程塑料、合成塑料等各種熱固性塑膠制品的絲印及移印，無需加固化劑，即可獲得優(yōu)異的附著力。
油墨特性：
1、平光、附著力佳、耐汽油、酒精、耐化學品；
2、手感好，流平性佳、面光潔；
3、表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強、抗刮傷；
4、耐汽油、耐酒精、耐化學品程度佳；
印刷條件：
選用網(wǎng)目為100-350目，以120T網(wǎng)布計算印刷覆蓋面積每公斤約30~35㎡。
表干時間自然揮發(fā)10-15分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內(nèi)，48小時后達最佳性能，取決于操作時的實際溫度，建議烘烤方式。
1．用本公司專用稀釋劑開油，718洗網(wǎng)水洗網(wǎng)
2．無需處理，單組份,為了確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，建議使用印刷前使用溶劑清洗產(chǎn)品外觀印刷部位。
3．烤箱130℃-180℃實際溫度烘烤30-50分鐘產(chǎn)品效果達最優(yōu)性能。
測試方法（完全干燥后）：
1、3m膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起3次不脫油;忽視刮刀邊緣油墨脫離
2、純度99%的工業(yè)酒精，一千克砝碼用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力來回摩擦30次無脫色;
3、 耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平來回擦300次。
使用方法：
1．建議用我公司專用稀釋劑進行稀釋，不建議使用783慢干稀釋劑稀釋，使用前應(yīng)充分攪拌，用后隨時密封。
2．攪拌時加本公司配套開油水10-12%，稀釋到印刷適合粘度，移印稀釋使用移印專用稀釋劑；用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。
3．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現(xiàn)其他附著力，化學反應(yīng)等不良現(xiàn)象。
注意事項：
1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產(chǎn)。
2．在移印過程中，如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．環(huán)境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質(zhì)量。白色超越150都會變色，烘烤時請用木質(zhì)材料墊底進行烘烤，不得直接接觸鐵
4．根據(jù)氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環(huán)境下存放
