Rhythm SPX本身的焊接范圍為24” by 24” (600 mm x 600mm)，而且不需要人工旋轉(zhuǎn)或調(diào)整就可以達(dá)到這個(gè)范圍，因此是同行業(yè)當(dāng)中最大的一種。SPX以最常見(jiàn)的Rhythm系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)，依靠伺服器的推動(dòng)，在XYZ三個(gè)方向的運(yùn)動(dòng)可以達(dá)到一樣精確、一樣可靠的效果，靈活地移動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)線路板下面的助焊劑噴霧器和迷你波峰焊嘴。
    SPX是高度自動(dòng)化的系統(tǒng)備用和啟動(dòng)設(shè)備，能夠進(jìn)行焊錫高度管理和自動(dòng)輸送帶寬度調(diào)節(jié)，擁有專用的高清晰度監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)、DirectHeat?可編程氮?dú)饧訜?0-350°C)系統(tǒng)以及使用方便的用戶友好型EasyLoad?焊錫爐更換功能。此系統(tǒng)可以設(shè)置成噴霧噴嘴、噴射式噴霧器甚至雙噴霧噴嘴，具有一體化預(yù)熱、閉環(huán)焊錫高度調(diào)整、線路板基準(zhǔn)位置校正、全自動(dòng)X/Y方向位置校正等功能。所有系統(tǒng)都配備受到高度贊譽(yù)的RPS CamConductor?編程軟件，從而利用JPEG圖像或GERBER數(shù)據(jù)快速完成離線編程.
