生產(chǎn)流程及特點:

Production process and features:

篩選輸送機—破碎機—輸送機1—熱洗機—輸送機2—摩擦機—漂洗機1—漂洗機2—脫水機—裝袋，整套設(shè)備自動化程度高，耗電量低，產(chǎn)量高（設(shè)備產(chǎn)量為200KG—1000KG/小時），脫水后含水率<300ppm(萬分之三),化纖廠可直接抽絲再加工。

同時根據(jù)用戶原料種類和對瓶片清洗質(zhì)量要求的不同可進行選配不同的組合，以滿足不同用戶的需求。

This series of machine work with high automatic, high output which is 200KG to 1000KG per hour and low power consumption. After dehydration the water content of product is less than three over ten thousand (3/10000) and can be laddered directly by chemical fibre factory.

At the same time our customer can choose different accessories depend on their using different material and demand of PET bottle cleaning quality to meet various needs of our customers.
