概述
雙齒輥破碎機(jī)適用于抗壓強(qiáng)度小于240Mpa，濕度小于35%的中硬及軟物料的中碎和精碎作業(yè)，如煤、焦炭、石油焦、生石灰、硅石、碳素、玻璃管、瀝青、化工原料等或與以上硬度相當(dāng)?shù)墓腆w物產(chǎn)，本機(jī)器具有使用維修費(fèi)特低、性能可靠、粉塵少、噪音低等特點(diǎn)。
雙齒輥破碎機(jī)配置兩個(gè)碾輥，輥面分為狼牙齒、環(huán)形齒、直條齒、大板齒等，適用于進(jìn)料粒度小于1000mm，成品粒度要求10-200mm，要求粉末狀少、顆粒多的中碎或精碎場(chǎng)合。

工作原理
雙齒碾破碎機(jī)是利用兩個(gè)耐磨合金齒輥，相對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的高擠壓力和剪切力來(lái)破碎物料，物料進(jìn)入兩齒輥間隙（V型破碎腔）以后，受到兩齒輥相對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)的擠壓力和剪切力作用，來(lái)擠軋，剪切和嚙磨下，將物料破碎成需要的粒度然后從排料口排出。
Working principle
Double-teeth roll crusher is fixed with two wear-resistant alloy rolls.Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure which crushes the material.The material enters into the spacebetween the two rolls,suffered both extrusion and shear force.In the crowd rollig,cutting and grinding,it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
