概述

對(duì)輥破碎機(jī)適用于抗壓強(qiáng)度小于300Mpa，水份小于35%的硬、中硬、軟物料的中碎和細(xì)碎作業(yè)，可廣泛用于礦山、熱電、水泥、陶瓷、冶金、化工、建材等行業(yè)，本機(jī)器具有使用維修費(fèi)特低，性能可靠、粉塵少、噪音低等特點(diǎn)。

對(duì)輥破碎機(jī)配置兩個(gè)碾輥，根據(jù)用戶需要的粒度，輥面分為平輥面和堆焊輥面兩種機(jī)型，若物料的抗壓強(qiáng)度超過(guò)200Mpa時(shí)均可選擇加重機(jī)型。

平輥面機(jī)型適用于進(jìn)料粒度小于80mm，成品粒度要求50目-20mm的細(xì)碎作業(yè)。如利用鵝卵石、建筑垃圾人工制沙；礦業(yè)細(xì)碎鐵礦石、石英石；陶 陶行業(yè)破碎原材料；冶金行業(yè)破碎焦炭、生石灰；焦化廠細(xì)碎煤粉；化工行業(yè)破碎各種原料等；或者與上述類似的破碎場(chǎng)合。

堆焊輥面機(jī)型適用于進(jìn)料粒度小于110mm、成品粒度要求3-30mm的中細(xì)碎作業(yè)。水泥行業(yè)磨機(jī)前的預(yù)破碎水泥熟料、石灰石及復(fù)合材料；水煤漿行業(yè)入磨前預(yù)破碎煤；鐵礦行業(yè)入磨前預(yù)破碎鋼渣、鐵礦石、硅礦石；制磚廠破碎各種礦石做免燒磚；熱電廠破碎電煤；或者與上述類似的破碎場(chǎng)合。

The overlay welding roll model is for the medium fine crushing which requires the maxium feeding 110mm,range of discharge 3-30mm.For example,before the mill:cement industry pre-crushing cement clinker,limestone and composite materials;CWS industry pre-crushing coal;iron ore industry pre-crushing slag, iron ore, silica minerals;brick factory pre-crushing kinds of ore to produce unburned brick;thermal power plants crushing coal; or in the similar occasions.

工作原理

對(duì)輥破碎機(jī)是利用兩個(gè)高強(qiáng)度耐磨合金碾輥，相對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的高擠壓力來(lái)破碎物料，物料進(jìn)入兩輥間隙（V型破碎腔）以后，受到兩碾輥相對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)的擠壓力和剪切力作用，在擠軋、剪切、和嚙磨下，將物料破碎成需要的粒度然后從機(jī)器下部的排料口排出。

Working principal

Double-roll crusher is fixed with two high-strength wear-resistant alloy rolls.Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure which crushes the material. The material enters into the space bwtween the two rolls,suffered both extrusion and shear force. In the crowd rolling, cutting and grinding, it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
