概述

四齒輥破碎機適用于抗壓力強度小于200Mpa，濕度小于30%的中硬度及軟物料，而且要求粒度粉末狀少、顆粒狀多的細碎及中碎作業(yè)。如煤、焦炭、化肥原料、石油焦、玻璃管、化工原料等固體物產(chǎn)，本機器具使用維修費特低、破碎比大、性能可靠、粉塵少、噪音低等特點。

四齒輥破碎機配置四個碾輥，上兩昆為齒輥面，下兩輥為堆焊輥面（或平輥面），適用于進料粒度小于700mm，成品粒度要求2-20mm的中細碎作業(yè)。如熱電廠硫化床鍋糧、普通鍋爐用煤的破碎；化肥廠破碎化肥原料；太陽能行業(yè)破碎廢玻璃管等；或者與上述類似的破碎場合。

工作原理

四齒輥破碎機是利用四個高強度耐磨碾輥，相對旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的高擠壓力和剪切力來破碎物料。物料進入上兩齒輥間隙（V型破碎腔）以后，受到兩齒輥相對旋轉(zhuǎn)的擠壓和剪切作用，首次將物料擠軋、剪切后（粗破），再次進入相對旋轉(zhuǎn)的下兩輥，再由下兩輥擠軋、剪切、和嚙磨（細破）成需要的粒度從排料口排出。

Working principle
