概述

輥壓機是我公司在引進(jìn)、吸收德國輥壓機先進(jìn)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合洪堡和伯力鳩斯輥機的優(yōu)點，研制開發(fā)的最可靠的固體物料粉磨設(shè)備，適用于抗壓強度小于300mpa，濕度小于30%的硬物料的細(xì)碎和中碎作業(yè)，可廣泛用水泥、礦山、冶金、陶瓷等行業(yè)。

輥壓機配置兩個實心碾輥，輥面采用堆焊輥面，適用于進(jìn)料粒度小于1400mm，成品粒度要求4-15mm以下的中細(xì)碎作業(yè)。如水泥行業(yè)磨機前的預(yù)破水泥熟料、石灰石及復(fù)合材料；鐵礦行業(yè)入磨前預(yù)碎鋼渣、鐵礦石、硅礦石；免燒磚廠破碎各種礦石做免燒磚等；或者與上述類似的破碎場合。

On the basis of advanced technolgy from Germany, we developed this most reliable solid material grinding equipent-rolling press which has the advantages of  both Humboldt and Khabarovsk rolling press. It is suitable for compression strength less than 300Mpa, humidity less than 30% of the hard materials, fine crushing. Be widely used n cement, mining, metallurgy, ceramics and other industries.

Rolling press has two solid abrasive rolls of overlay welding surface. It is for the intermediate and fine crushing, maxium feeding 140mm,maxium discharge 4-15mm. Such as befoue the mill: cement industry pre-crushing cement clinker, limestone and composite materials; iron ore industry pre-crushing slag, iron ore, silica minerals;brick factory pre-crushing kinds of ore to produce unburned brick; or in the similar occasions.

工作原理

輥壓機的主體是依靠兩個相向轉(zhuǎn)動的實心碾輥，物料通過輥壓機的布料裝置，進(jìn)入兩個大小相同，相對轉(zhuǎn)動的輥隙（V型破碎腔），采用高壓料層粉碎原理，物料經(jīng)過高壓擠壓（一般壓力設(shè)置150Mpa），徹底破壞了物料的內(nèi)部晶體結(jié)構(gòu)，使物料產(chǎn)生大量微裂紋，使物料機理發(fā)生改變，從而達(dá)到密實的物料餅和粉料，最后從兩輥隙中落下，經(jīng)出料口由輸送設(shè)備送出。

Working principal

The main body of rolling press is two solid abrasive rolls that are relatively rotating.Through the arrangement equipment, the material enters into two relatively rotating, equal size roll gaps. Principle of using high pressuer grinding materiao layer, through the high pressure extrusion(typically pressrue is set to 150Mpa), the internal crystal structure of materials is completely destroyed, create q large number of micro-cracks, change the mechanism of materials achieve the dense material cake and powder, and finally fall from the gap bwteen the rolls, sent by the transport equipment.
