一、CH的應(yīng)用/Application for CH

CH/CHI安裝中要注意的幾個(gè)問題：/Please pay attention to the below factor in the installation procedure:
1、CH/CHI的接線盒位置均可以在除底面以外的另三個(gè)面上自由設(shè)置（間隔90度）。/The terminal box can be positioned in any side of the motor in every 90 degree interval besides the below level.
2、安裝管路時(shí)要避免氣鎖，特別是泵的吸入側(cè)，如右圖所
    示：/The air block must be avoided,especially on the inlet
      side.See the right figure.
CH/CHI的啟動(dòng)/CH/CHI starting
1、完全關(guān)閉水泵進(jìn)出口閥門。/Close the inlet & outlet valve completely.

2、若吸入側(cè)液位高于吸入口，則先取下泵體上的注水螺塞，再慢慢打開吸
    入口閥門，使穩(wěn)定液流從注水孔中流出。/Pull out the prime plug,open the
      inlet valve slowly,then let the liquid flow out from the prime hole steady when the
      inlet is below the liquid lever.

3、若吸入側(cè)液位低于水泵吸入口，則取下泵體上的注水螺塞，打開吸入側(cè)閥
     門，從注水孔向泵內(nèi)灌注泵送液體，直至吸入管和水泵體完全充滿泵送液
     體。/If the pump inlet is higher than the supplied liquid lever,pull out the prime
       plug and open the inlet valve,then prime the pump up to the liquid is full of the inlet
       pipe and the pump body.

4、起動(dòng)水泵，慢慢打開出口側(cè)閥門至全開。/Start the pump,open the
       outlet valve to full open slowly.

5、從電機(jī)風(fēng)扇端觀察電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向，若轉(zhuǎn)向錯(cuò)誤調(diào)整電機(jī)接線，恢復(fù)到正
     確轉(zhuǎn)向。正確轉(zhuǎn)向已在風(fēng)扇罩上用箭頭標(biāo)明。/Inspect the rotation
       direction according to the indication on the motor fan cover.Correct it by
       replace two phase power cable if the rotation direction is wrong.

6、嚴(yán)禁無水啟動(dòng)水泵。/Must not start the pump when no water in the
       pipe system.

CH/CHI的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)/Maintainance
CH/CHI是一種免維護(hù)水泵，使用過程中不需要進(jìn)行任何維護(hù)。但需
要注意以下問題/CH&CHI pumps is free of maintenance.However,below factor
should be noticed：
若長期不用，最好將CH的放水孔打開，排干泵內(nèi)的積水，且在下次使用前不要上緊放水螺塞。這樣可以避免水泵頭及腔體間的紙墊因受凍而損壞。/It is better to open the drain plug of the CH pumps and vent the inner seeper if the pumps will be stopped for long time.Do not replace the plug until the pump is to be used again.This will avoid damaging the pump head and the gasket between the chambers.
水泵長期停用，再次起動(dòng)前，最好先用手盤松水泵軸（卸掉電機(jī)風(fēng)扇罩，盤動(dòng)風(fēng)扇）。/It is recommended to turn the pump shaft to free by hand before the pump start after long stopped.
CH/CHI水泵使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意避免電機(jī)體受水淋，若裝在室外，必須在水泵上方設(shè)置防雨裝置。/The pump should avoid wringing.If the pump is outdoor positioned,the protecting guard above the pump must be installed.

偶爾跳閘/Motor trip out occasionally.
過載設(shè)定太低/Overload setting is too low.
