BBP-電動機調速變頻器可通過改變其輸出變頻來跳節(jié)普通三相異步電動機的轉速,以達到生產(chǎn)工藝的要求,或實現(xiàn)節(jié)電的目的,節(jié)電率可
達到30%～60%,以可做為電動機軟啟動控制器,也通過傳感器,變送器等控制電路組成閉環(huán)調速系統(tǒng)。安裝操作簡單,起動平穩(wěn)無沖擊電
流(軟啟動),電源容量大大降低,功率因數(shù)恒定(cosφ≈1),同時具備故障顯示各種保護功能。
在隔爆外殼內安裝11根紫銅管.增強自動通風冷卻散熱.使隔爆腔內變頻器能在正常溫度中工作。
由于調速變頻器的核心器件是單片微機,因此具有很強的功能:
過電流保護,短路保護,過電壓保護,欠電壓保護,瞬時停電保護和斷相保護。
