放卷張力控制采用全自動(dòng)張力控制系統(tǒng)，使放卷張力保持恒定不變，也可據(jù)工藝要求實(shí)現(xiàn)錐度控制。糾偏采用LPC光電自動(dòng)糾偏系統(tǒng)，可自動(dòng)“跟邊”或“跟線”，保證基材走料位置正確。

主牽引及收卷由具有矢量控制變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)。
