抗腐蝕能力 　　

1.般腐蝕 　　　

SAF 2507的較高的鉻及鉬含量使其對有機(jī)酸如甲酸、乙酸等具有較強(qiáng)的抗整體腐蝕的能力.SAF2507合合金對無機(jī)酸,尤其是那些包含氯化物的無機(jī)酸也具有較強(qiáng)的抗腐蝕能力. 　　雙相鋼2507/S32750/1.4410不銹鋼板和904L相比,SAF2507對稀釋的混有氯根離子的硫酸具有更強(qiáng)的抗腐蝕能力.904L是奧氏體狀態(tài)的合金,專用于抗純硫酸腐蝕. 　　316L等級不能用于鹽酸環(huán)境中,它可能會遭到局部腐蝕或整體腐蝕.SAF2507可以用于稀釋的鹽酸環(huán)境里,具有較強(qiáng)的抗斑損及抗裂隙腐蝕的能力. 　　

SAF 2507 high chromium and molybdenum content make the organic acids such as formic acid, acetic acid, etc have stronger resistance to overall corrosion ability. SAF2507 close alloy of inorganic acid, especially those who contain chloride inorganic acid also has strong corrosion resistant ability. And 904 l, compared to dilute SAF2507 mixed with chloride ion of sulfuric acid has stronger corrosion resistant ability. 904 l is austenitic state of alloy, dedicated to resistance to pure sulfuric acid corrosion. 316 l level can not be used in hydrochloric acid environment, it may encounter local corrosion or whole corrosion. SAF2507 can be used to dilute hydrochloric acid environment, strong resistance to spot damage and crevice corrosion resistance ability.

2.晶間腐蝕 　　　

SAF 2507較低的碳含量大大地降低了在熱處理時晶間中的碳化物沉淀的風(fēng)險,因此,這個合金具有很強(qiáng)的抵抗與碳化物相關(guān)的晶間腐蝕的能力. 　

SAF 2507 low carbon content is greatly reduced in the heat treatment of carbide precipitation when intergranular risk, therefore, the alloy has a strong resistance and carbide related intergranular corrosion ability.

3.應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂 　　　

SAF 2507 的復(fù)式結(jié)構(gòu)使其具有較強(qiáng)的抗應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂的能力。由于其較高的合金含量,SAF 2507的抗腐蝕能力及強(qiáng)度均優(yōu)于2205 　　裂縫在建筑等方面幾乎是不可避免的,這使得不銹鋼在氯化物的環(huán)境里更易受到腐蝕.SAF 2507 具有很強(qiáng)的抗裂縫腐蝕的能力.SAF 2507在含有2000ppm氯離子的硫酸中的等腐蝕曲線0.1 mm/year;在鹽酸中的等腐蝕曲線0.1 mm/year.

Because of its high alloy content, SAF 2507 corrosion resistant ability and strength are superior to that of 2205 cracks in construction and other aspects is almost inevitable, this makes the stainless steel in chloride environment are more susceptible to corrosion. SAF 2507 has a strong resistance to crack corrosion ability. SAF 2507 in contains 2000 PPM chloride ion of the sulfate and corrosion curve 0.1 mm/year; In the hydrochloric acid and corrosion curve 0.1 mm/year.
