A．外殼說明：        外殼采用1.2mm安鋼產(chǎn)鍍鋅鋼板壓制成型,表面噴涂75um厚環(huán)氧樹脂粉體。由上柜、臺面、下柜三部分組合成型，水、電、氣管線安排在外殼與內(nèi)襯間，臺面置于下柜上，上柜內(nèi)。
B．內(nèi)殼說明：       采進口  6mm灰色,耐酸堿有機溶劑之實驗室專用抗蝕材質(zhì)。為了方便重復(fù)拆卸采用PVC固定間與外殼結(jié)合，并在左右兩側(cè)設(shè)有維修門，尺寸約450*330  MM
C．操作臺面說明：   臺面采用16mm厚實驗室專用環(huán)氧樹脂板臺面（上海斯地福）.邊緣向下翻面26MM,或另選臺面
D．日光燈說明：     采用全罩式30W日光燈2支，燈座采SUS 不銹鋼制品,并設(shè)有5mm霧面剛化玻璃。
E．把手說明:        采用SUSㄇ字型把手。位于調(diào)節(jié)門下框條中間，下緣邊為圓弧造型，以避免氣流進入柜內(nèi)時產(chǎn)生擾流現(xiàn)象。
F．電氣操作板說明： 電氣操作銘板采SUS制品。調(diào)節(jié)開關(guān)為觸摸式按鍵?？煽刂齐娫纯傞_關(guān)、照明、風機及備用電源。位于上柜的右側(cè)板上方，使之便于使用者操作。
G．汽流板說明：     采進口6mm灰色,耐酸堿有機溶劑之實驗室專用抗蝕材質(zhì)。其固定于上柜的背板上，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)PP材質(zhì)特殊固定件，以求美觀。并便于拆卸清洗。
H．電源說明：       采用德國實驗室專用電源插座，帶防濺蓋，以便有效防塵、防水。每臺通風柜均設(shè)有兩只。在通風柜下柜的內(nèi)左上方設(shè)有配電箱一只，其中配有空氣開關(guān)，以達到安全用電要求。
I．窗口說明：       窗口采用6mm安全防爆玻璃,并采無段平衡裝置。
J．風速及噪音說明:  0.5m/sec.以上,每小時1500-1800立方風量,65分貝以下，完全符合要求。
K．化驗水槽說明：   采用PP制作 ,耐酸堿一體成型小水槽，具有過濾及堵臭功能，以便通風柜內(nèi)用水方便（可選項）。
L．化驗龍頭說明：   采用（意大利--TOF）實驗室專用單口化驗龍頭（可選項）。
M．考克說明：       采銅制外表經(jīng)EPOXY烤漆處理，為耐高壓、耐酸堿、耐熱材質(zhì), 單口隔離操作式（可選項）。
N．抽風機說明：     抽風機外殼采耐酸堿之材質(zhì),風葉采PP抗酸堿之風葉, 馬達采用瑞之鑫3ψ220V _HP,風車馬達出風口采用優(yōu)質(zhì)PP管 ,風車外殼采用PP制,風管 "_ψ。(依現(xiàn)場實際尺寸計算)
O．調(diào)整腳說明：     采用直徑9MM鍍鋅螺桿, 以便隔離水汽并良好的調(diào)節(jié)水平。下襯防水墊。
