納米活性氧化鋅的煅燒方式與工業(yè)制備
旋流動(dòng)態(tài)煅燒設(shè)備是由東北大學(xué)多名教師根據(jù)國內(nèi)先進(jìn)科技成果,針對無機(jī)鹽深加工而開發(fā)的高科技產(chǎn)品。適用物料的分解、改性及提純等的煅燒,其典型工藝圖見干燥、煅燒系統(tǒng)流程圖。加熱裝置產(chǎn)生的高溫氣體切向進(jìn)入動(dòng)態(tài)煅燒主爐,高溫氣體在旋轉(zhuǎn)上升過程中與由物料輸送裝置切向加入的粉狀物料混合,經(jīng)煅燒爐的旋轉(zhuǎn)加速段氣固混合物料形成高速旋轉(zhuǎn)上升狀態(tài),進(jìn)行快速的傳質(zhì)傳熱過程,在1~3秒內(nèi)完成煅燒過程。氣固混合體經(jīng)一級換熱裝置后,進(jìn)入一級旋風(fēng)分離裝置,然后進(jìn)入二級袋式回收裝置,尾氣由引風(fēng)機(jī)引出。主要成品物料由一級旋風(fēng)分離器排出,部分物料由二級回收裝置排出。由于溫度可控,物料在煅燒爐內(nèi)分布均勻,煅燒比表面積大,因此煅燒時(shí)間短,煅燒均勻,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高,完全實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)化生產(chǎn)。
活性納米氧化鋅的老式生產(chǎn)工藝屬于開放式生,工作條件惡劣、粉塵污染嚴(yán)重、生產(chǎn)工藝陳舊復(fù)雜,易造成過燒或燒不徹底現(xiàn)象。而且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定、產(chǎn)品回收率低。與現(xiàn)代工藝比較大約損失5~8%的成品。用回轉(zhuǎn)窯方式煅燒氧化鋅工作條件及效率會(huì)更差。然而在超微粉體材料的生產(chǎn)過程中,粒徑、形貌以及主品位含量等重要指標(biāo)均須通過良好的技術(shù)裝備方能得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。
由遼寧東大粉體工程技術(shù)有限公司研發(fā)的“閃速動(dòng)態(tài)煅燒法”不僅解決了傳統(tǒng)方式的工作環(huán)境差、粉塵污染嚴(yán)重的問題,而且簡化、縮短了工藝流程,又適合大型工業(yè)化連續(xù)生產(chǎn),降低生產(chǎn)成本、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。是一種實(shí)用煅燒裝備技術(shù)。由遼寧東大粉體工程技術(shù)有限公司研制的氧化鋅閃速動(dòng)態(tài)煅燒技術(shù)是結(jié)合活性氧化鋅的技術(shù)要求而進(jìn)行的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。其工作原理是:將粉體物料與加熱的熱空氣混合后,同向流動(dòng)形成質(zhì)熱交換,完成煅燒。煅燒后的氧化鋅大大提高了比表面積。這是因?yàn)榻?jīng)過5-8秒鐘瞬間煅燒,粉體顆粒瞬間由低溫升至高溫,在這個(gè)過程中顆粒會(huì)產(chǎn)生爆裂現(xiàn)象,爆裂后的表面隨即得到修飾。旋流動(dòng)態(tài)煅燒避免了顆粒的團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象。經(jīng)過氣固分離后獲得高純度的納米活性氧化鋅粉體。
在節(jié)能和環(huán)保方面,該系統(tǒng)利用煅燒尾氣余熱供給干燥機(jī),既節(jié)約了能源也實(shí)際降低了生產(chǎn)成本,系統(tǒng)密閉.、無環(huán)境污染。

Specific gravity: 5.47 smelting point: Calcining is the processes of changing character, purifying, and decomposition reduction. During the calcining the materials do static dynamic movement. The bigger the specific surface area is the faster the materials transfer heating. Eddy dynamic calcining is mixing the powder materials heated hot air makes a same direction movement. Working principle of the calciner Calciner consists of air heater, mixer of gassolid, body of the calciner, separator collector of gas solid. The materials are fed to the calciner by mixer of gas andsolid, mixed with the hot air heated by the heater. The materials move with a form of eddy, the calcining is finished in seconds. Then the gas and solid are separated discharged from discharge lips separately. Performance of calciner The temperature of the hot air in the calciner: 500 ~ Combustion mode: direct, indirect, internal external. The main parts of the system: Graft fans are usually used to make the system in negative pressure. Materials get heat by way of direct or indirect form. The end gas is separated by cyclone system, cooled by air. Bag wash water is used to collect productsclean air. Group system of the drying calcining: In order to utilize the end gassave energy, the end gas is used to supply heat to the drying system.
