旋轉(zhuǎn)給料閥(俗稱旋轉(zhuǎn)給料器或星型給料器)，是應(yīng)用于固體物料（粉沫、顆粒物料、粉粒混合物）輸送系統(tǒng)中用來卸料、包裝、混合、除塵、計量、定量輸送的專用設(shè)備。工作原理是通過電機、減速機的傳動將一個帶有等分結(jié)構(gòu)的葉輪在殼體內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)，從殼體上部料倉或給料裝置的物料填充在葉輪的型腔內(nèi)，物料隨葉輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)到殼體的下部卸出?？梢园凑蛰斔拖到y(tǒng)的要求均勻地、連續(xù)不斷地向下游卸料。

Rotary valve is called rotating feeder or star sharp feeder.This special equipment is applicable for unloading,packing,mixing,dedusting,metering,rationing conveying of solid materials(powder,particles and its mixtures)conveying system.The working principle is,by driving motor and reduction gears to turn equi-divided structure impeller inside the shell,then materials from upper silo of the shell or feeder are filled inside cavity of impeller,where materials are discharged along with impeller rotating to the bottom of shell.Materials can be discharged equably and continuously to the downstream unit according to the conveying system requirements.

Shell and impeller with special structure design to convey very hard,high viscosity,high temperature,easy to produce electrostatic and ultrofine special materials.

4. 加工精度高，可以保證極小的間隙；

5. 殼體進(jìn)出口截面特殊，有效防止顆粒物料的擠壓卡料和剪切破碎;

Special shell inlet/outlet section to effectively prevent particle from extrusion,blocking and shear breaking.

6. 殼體內(nèi)設(shè)計有平衡壓力用的排氣通道和排氣管接口，能提高工作效率，不會積存物料;

Exhaust passage and exhaust nozzle is designed for pressure balance inside the shell to improve working efficiency.

7. 拋光精度可達(dá)400#，適合輸送食品級、藥品級的物料;

The buffing can be 400#,apply to convey food or medicine.

8. 可根據(jù)客戶要求選擇多種材質(zhì)：不銹鋼（SS304、SS304L、SS316、SS316L），碳鋼等；
