一、 系統(tǒng)組成

1.Z 型提升機(jī)：用于物料提升，開(kāi)啟和停止由組合秤控制，將物料倒入提升機(jī)桶即可；

2.10頭組合秤：用于定量稱重，可以根據(jù)您的要求設(shè)置目標(biāo)重量值；

3.工作平臺(tái)：支撐組合秤；

4.立式包裝機(jī)：可以自動(dòng)打印日期，封合，切袋；

5.成品輸送機(jī)：把包裝好的產(chǎn)品輸送到后設(shè)備配套設(shè)備如金屬檢測(cè)機(jī)、重量選別秤等。

二 功能特點(diǎn)

1.  全自動(dòng)完成送料、定量計(jì)量、投干燥劑、填充制袋、日期打印、成品輸出等全部過(guò)程。

1)Ztype hoister: Raise material to multi weigher which controls the start and stopof the hoister.

2)10heads multi weigher: Used for quantitative weighing.

3)Verticalpackaging machine: Pack the material with high speed, and data printed, sealing-offand bag cut are completed automatically.

4)Platform:Support the 10 heads multi weigher.

5)Productconveyor: Conveyor the product to next step.
