所謂“貫流鍋爐”是由設(shè)計(jì)排列的較長(zhǎng)管子組成，給水泵在管子一端給水，水（工質(zhì)）在管內(nèi)經(jīng)過(guò)加熱水段、蒸發(fā)段、（過(guò)熱段），從管子上集箱產(chǎn)生所需要的蒸汽。它不同于立式水管自然循環(huán)鍋爐。貫流鍋爐沒(méi)有鍋筒，它是由鍋爐本體（本體上下集箱、列管等組成）和外部的汽水分離器、水泵、油泵、燃燒器等部件組成。它實(shí)質(zhì)上就是立式直水管燃油燃?xì)忮仩t。
