簡介General Description
此液壓動力單元專為登車橋設(shè)計，由高齒輪油泵、直流電機、多用集成塊、各式液壓閥、油箱等零部件有機組合為一體。主甲板上升到位后，唇板自動上升，主甲板和唇板的下降由電磁閥實現(xiàn)，主甲板和唇板的下降速度由節(jié)流閥調(diào)節(jié)，使下降速度在可靠的范圍內(nèi)。
This power unit is designed exclusively for the dock leveler,consisting of high pressure gear pump, DC motor, multi-functional manifold,valves and tank.etc.After the main platform is fuily lifted, lip rises automatically.The both lowering movements are activated by the solenoid valves with speed adusted by the throttles.

注意事項Special Notes
1.此動力單元不可連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)，（1分鐘ON，9分鐘OFF）可重復(fù)工作。
1.The power unit is of S3 duty,which can only be worked intermittentiy,ie.,1 minute on and 9 minutes off.
2.安裝前必須保證油缸、油管、接頭等液壓元件清潔無任何雜質(zhì)粘附。
2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.
3.液壓油粘度應(yīng)為15-68CST，應(yīng)清潔無雜質(zhì)，推薦使用N46號液壓油。
3.The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.
4.系統(tǒng)使用第一個100小時后，應(yīng)更換液壓油，以后每3000小時更換一次液壓油。
4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours.
5.首次啟動運行系統(tǒng)時，應(yīng)立即檢查油箱中的油量是否充足。
5．Check the oil level in the tank after the first star of the power unit.
