簡(jiǎn)介General Description
此液壓動(dòng)力單元專為自卸車加蓋改裝而設(shè)計(jì)，由高齒輪油泵、直流電機(jī)、多用集成塊、各式液壓閥、油箱等零部件有機(jī)組合為一體。由電磁換向閥的換向來實(shí)現(xiàn)密封蓋的啟閉，密封蓋的啟閉速度由可調(diào)節(jié)流閥進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。
Used to operate a dubble action cylinder of the dumping truck covering mechanism,This power unit consists of high pressure gear pump, DC motor, multi-functional manifold,valves and tanketc. The open and close action of the covers are controlled by a solenoid directional valve,while the speed is adjusted by the throttles.

注意事項(xiàng)Special Notes
1.本動(dòng)力單元為S3工作制，不可連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，30秒開，270秒停。
1.The duty of this power unit is S3,ie.,30seconds on and 270 seconds off.
2.安裝前必須保證油缸、油管、接頭等液壓元件清潔無任何雜質(zhì)粘附。
2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.
3.液壓油粘度應(yīng)為15-68CST，應(yīng)清潔無雜質(zhì)，推薦使用N46號(hào)液壓油。
3.The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.
4.系統(tǒng)使用第一個(gè)100小時(shí)后，應(yīng)更換液壓油，以后每3000小時(shí)更換一次液壓油。
4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours.
5.本液壓動(dòng)力單元適用于臥式安裝。
5.Mounte the power unit horizontally.
6.首次啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)時(shí)，應(yīng)立即檢查油箱中的油量是否充足。
6.Check the oil level in the tank after the first star of the power unit.
