此動(dòng)力單元由雙向齒輪泵、直流電機(jī)、多用集成塊各式液壓閥、油箱等零部件有機(jī)組合為一體。尤其是該雙向動(dòng)力單元在沒(méi)有換向閥的情況下，同樣能順利的完成換向的任務(wù)，這就使的該動(dòng)力單元體積小巧、美觀(guān)、同時(shí)該動(dòng)力單元結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、性能穩(wěn)定。廣泛應(yīng)用于車(chē)輛、機(jī)床等設(shè)備。

   Equiped with a reversible, DC motor,a multi-functional manifold,valvesand and a tank.This power unit can drive a double acting cylinder to extend and retract without a solenold valve.It is typically used in recreational vehicles and machine tools.

注意事項(xiàng)Special Notes                  

1.本動(dòng)力單元為S3工作制，不可連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，30秒開(kāi)，270秒停。

1.The duty of this power unit is S3,ie.,30 seconds on and 270 seconds off.

2.安裝前必須保證油缸、油管、接頭等液壓元件清潔無(wú)任何雜質(zhì)粘附。

2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.

3.液壓油粘度應(yīng)為15-68CST，應(yīng)清潔無(wú)雜質(zhì)，推薦使用N46號(hào)液壓油。

3.The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.

4.系統(tǒng)使用第一個(gè)100小時(shí)后，應(yīng)更換液壓油，以后每3000小時(shí)更換一次液壓油。

4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours.

5.本液壓動(dòng)力單元適用于水平或垂直安裝。

5.Mounte the power unit horizontally or vertically.

6.首次啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)時(shí)，應(yīng)立即檢查油箱中的油量是否充足。

6.Check the oil level in the tank after the first star of the power unit.
