Grease made of synthetic perfluoropolyether base (PFPE), synthetic polytetrafluoroethylene
organic thickener (PTFE) and additives. 可賽公司 ULTRAGREASE TOP 2 是一款極高性能
特種潤滑脂，以全合成 PFPE 全氟聚醚為基礎(chǔ)，再以無機物材料 PTFE 氟素為增稠劑，還有多項
高檔特殊添加劑與配方，理化組合性能極穩(wěn)定，具有極高效能之特種潤滑脂。
2. Applications 應(yīng)用 :
Specially indicated for the lubrication of mechanisms under extreme operating conditions, as
for example: ULTRAGREASE TOP 2 潤滑脂，是專門為了處於艱困工作條件和惡劣環(huán)
境，而特別研製的高性能特種潤滑脂，例如以下之應(yīng)用 :
- Rolling and sliding bearings at extremely high temperature in ovens in the automotive,
ceramic or steel industry. 高溫環(huán)境之滾動與滑動軸承，例如: 汽車、磁磚、鋼鐵、金屬冶煉 …
等生產(chǎn)加工行業(yè)，高溫區(qū)生產(chǎn)機械設(shè)備運行轉(zhuǎn)動機件之潤滑、密封與保護。
- Extended relubrication intervals at high temperature such as in stenter frames in textile
industry, paperboard machines or film stretching machines. 紡織行業(yè)的熱定型拉幅機，造
紙行業(yè)的熱輥輪，或薄膜拉幅機 … 等，高溫環(huán)境與長時間運轉(zhuǎn)之生產(chǎn)機器設(shè)備。
- 任何機器設(shè)備之運轉(zhuǎn)機件與潤滑點係經(jīng)常處於艱困與惡劣環(huán)境，例如: 潮濕、溫熱蒸氣、水沖
洗、瓦斯氣、酸、鹼、溶劑 … 等化學(xué)腐蝕物質(zhì)接觸之機器設(shè)備，以及電子、半導(dǎo)體製造行業(yè)
之真空設(shè)備 … 等。
- Production machine’s lubrication for food-grade products … etc. 食品、飲料、醫(yī)藥、化妝品、
美容物品、寵物食物 … 等生產(chǎn)、加工及包裝行業(yè)，或無塵無菌之生產(chǎn)製造環(huán)境 … 等。
3. Properties 功能與特性 :
- 有極好的熱穩(wěn)定性能，能在 -30 ~ +260 攝氏溫度之間正常工作。
- Extremely high resistance to aging, which avoids degradation of the grease in service even
for long intervals of lubrication at high temperatures. 有極堅強的抗衰老及慢退化能力，具
有長壽命效能，適合潤滑區(qū)處於惡劣環(huán)境，能延長換脂週期時間，節(jié)省金錢，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
- Good protection to the corrosion of the metallic parts. 有極好的金屬防銹保護效能。
- High resistance to hot and cold water, oils, acids, alkalis, hydrocarbon solvents (naphtha,
benzene, toluene, etc), solvents based on chlorinated compounds like perchloroethylene
(PER), trichloroethylene (TRI), dichloromethane (methylene chloride), alcohols, etc.
有極高的抵抗潮濕、耐冷熱水沖洗，油，酸，鹼，烴類溶劑（石腦油，苯，甲苯等），基於氯化
物溶劑如四氯乙烯（PER），三氯乙烯（TRI），二氯甲烷（二氯甲烷），醇類 … 等化學(xué)物。
- 高抗磨與潤滑性能，耐極壓，能承受重載高負荷工作。
- 在真空操作環(huán)境能到達 10
-9 mbar 豪巴 (攝氏溫度為 ~ +50℃) 仍然能正常工作。
