什么是ITF認(rèn)證？

國(guó)際網(wǎng)球聯(lián)盟（ITF）是網(wǎng)球比賽管理機(jī)構(gòu)，其職責(zé)義務(wù)包括確定網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)相關(guān)規(guī)則。多年來，網(wǎng)球相關(guān)全球科學(xué)研究水平已被限制于其他體育活動(dòng)。自1997 年ITF技術(shù)中心成立以來，在網(wǎng)球設(shè)施設(shè)備以及網(wǎng)球比賽者所受到這一領(lǐng)域技術(shù)發(fā)展的影響的推動(dòng)下，網(wǎng)球科技和技術(shù)已經(jīng)逐步提升。

TheInternational Tennis Federation(ITF) is the governing body of the game oftennis and its duties and responsibilities include determination of the Rulesof Tennis.For many years the level of global scientific research intotennis-related topics has been limited in relation to other sports ofcomparative size. Since the establishment of the ITF Technical Centre in 1997,the profile of tennis science and technology has been raised through theencouragement of research in the areas of tennis equipment, tennis facilitiesand the way in which the tennis player is affected by developments in theseareas.

網(wǎng)球認(rèn)證

技術(shù)中心最關(guān)鍵的職責(zé)是網(wǎng)球的認(rèn)證測(cè)試-任何錦標(biāo)賽中使用的網(wǎng)球必須通過ITF檢驗(yàn)認(rèn)證，測(cè)試在技術(shù)中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)進(jìn)行。

Akey function of the Technical Centre is tennis ball approval – any ball used intournament play must be approved by the ITF, based on the tests conducted inthis laboratory.

每個(gè)測(cè)試項(xiàng)目都有驗(yàn)證失敗的可能，所有項(xiàng)目中最易失敗的是回彈和變形測(cè)試，最不易失敗的是尺寸和質(zhì)量測(cè)試。任何一個(gè)項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)證失敗，則認(rèn)證無法通過。制造商需重新申請(qǐng)并另外提供樣品，任何樣品均采用相同的測(cè)試方式進(jìn)行測(cè)試。

Failuresoccur in all tests, but the most common are the rebound and deformation tests.Least common are the size and mass tests. If a brand fails, then approval cannotbe granted. The manufacturer must re-apply by sending another sample, which isthen tested in the same way.

場(chǎng)地速度評(píng)級(jí)

ITF比賽場(chǎng)地速度評(píng)級(jí)的發(fā)展，主要目的在于幫助網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)地產(chǎn)品購買者區(qū)分不同的產(chǎn)品類型，并保證表面速度符合其要求。ITF對(duì)場(chǎng)地速度進(jìn)行了五中分級(jí)：
種類1 慢速

The ITF Court Pace Classification Programme has beendeveloped to assist purchasers of tennis surface products to determine the typeand speed of surface most suited to their requirements. The ITF classifiessurfaces into five categories according to court pace:

Category 1 (slow)
Category 2 (medium-slow)
Category 3 (medium)
Category 4 (medium-fast)
Category 5 (fast)

ITF場(chǎng)地速度等級(jí)（CPR）主要對(duì)場(chǎng)地和網(wǎng)球表面的相互作用進(jìn)行測(cè)試。這個(gè)概念包括摩擦力和恢復(fù)特性。擦力主要確認(rèn)地面與網(wǎng)球表面接觸時(shí)，地面對(duì)網(wǎng)球水平方向運(yùn)行速度的影響性能；而恢復(fù)特性主要確認(rèn)兩次連續(xù)彈跳的間隔時(shí)間。

The ITF Court Pace Rating (CPR) measures the effectof ball-surface interaction. This concept includes: friction, which primarilydetermines the reduction in the horizontal component of post-impact ballvelocity; and vertical restitution, which determines the time betweensuccessive bounces.

球拍性能測(cè)試

網(wǎng)球拍性能測(cè)試儀器（被稱為“MYO”-希臘語意為“力量”）是一個(gè)用于測(cè)試球拍最大受力的常規(guī)儀器。每個(gè)球拍將在三種不同的球拍速度和球拍表面六個(gè)不用的受力點(diǎn)進(jìn)行測(cè)試，以測(cè)定球拍前端最佳的受力點(diǎn)。

Theracket performance machine (known as “MYO” – the Greek word for muscle) is acustom built machine designed to measure the maximum power a racket cangenerate. Each racket is tested using three different racket speeds and sixdifferent impact locations on the face of the racket to identify the optimalpower point on the racket head.
