Moreover we can completely recycle, reprocess and use it again, so that the production cost can be greatly reduced and the environment cannot be polluted. In recent years this tubing obtained the rapid development because of its long life, good hygienic performance as well as its strong, thermostable performance.

 PMMA管材生產(chǎn)線采用PLC進行程序化控制，實現(xiàn)擠出機主電機、牽引機電機的同步調(diào)速，并設置有良好的人機界面，所有工藝參數(shù)均可通過觸摸屏進行設置和顯示，每次生產(chǎn)只需要查閱菜單，輸入原先設定的序號，整條生產(chǎn)線就可按原設定的管子規(guī)格和速度生產(chǎn)。切割機能自動定長切割，模頭溫度控制采用進口智能溫控表，使溫度偏差在±1℃以內(nèi)，因此保證了管材的質(zhì)量。

The PMMA tubing production line adopts PLC to process the sequencing controls, and realizes the synchronized velocity modulation by the host electrical machinery of extruding machine and the tractor, and establish good man-machine contact surface, all crafts parameter can be established and demonstrated by the touch screen.  When we use it for production we only need to consult the menu, and input the serial number that is established originally, then the entire production line can complete the production according to the originally-set pipe specification and speed. The cutting machine can achieve the cutting at fixed length automatically, the temperature of the die head is controlled by the import intelligent thermometer, which can make the temperature deviation vary within±1 ℃, therefore the tubing quality can be guaranteed.

生產(chǎn)線采用人機界面操作，自動化程度高，采用專用螺桿塑化效果好、擠出量大、熔體溫度低、熔體溫度均勻。采用復合螺旋機頭，有效清除材料記憶功能。真空定型，恒溫控制，消除了管材應力。冷卻水箱部分增加壓縮機制冷裝置，占地面積少，節(jié)約水源，國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先。采用共擠機頭，增加了管材標色線。 

The production line uses the man-machine interface operation so that it can be highly automated; besides it gets good plastic effect, high output, and low and even melts body temperature for the use of specific screw. It uses the compound spiral nose to eliminate the material memory effectively. The tubing stress has been eliminated for the vacuum finalizes and the constant temperature control, The cooling water tank is equipped with the compressor refrigeration installment, which makes the line take up less space, use the water economically, and take the leading place inland. Adopting the crowded nose increases the tubing sign streak.

生產(chǎn)線主機減速箱高驅(qū)動扭矩，重負荷齒輪，極低的維護要求。采用PCC計算機控制系統(tǒng)，不僅實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)的全自動化，而且運行更可靠，更穩(wěn)定。牽引機采用高耐磨合成材料，牽引平穩(wěn)高速，使用壽命長。全新的無屑切割機，切割斷面光滑平整，采用先進的電機同步帶驅(qū)動，運行平穩(wěn)、精度高、噪音低。適合聚烯烴加工的篩籃式機頭，可獲得低熔體壓力和低塑化溫度，并且有極寬的物料加工范圍。

Using the PCC computer control system, it not only realizes the producing automation, but also operates more reliably and stably. Using high wear-resisting composition material, the tractor tows steadily and high speed and the service life is long. The brand-new non- filings cutter, cuts the cross section smoothly. Using the advanced electrical timing belt drive makes movement steady, precision high and noise low. It suits the polyolefin processing sieve basket nose, which can obtain the low melt body pressure and the low plasticized temperature, and has quite wide material processing scope.
