注：每個(gè)18平方米的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展位提供：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展臺(tái)搭建、展臺(tái)地面地毯、兩張洽談桌、四把椅子、四支光管、中英文楣板。

Note: Standard booth fee includes a show spaceof 9 sq.m.(3×3 meters) with construction,Exhibition floor carpet, booth title, two spotlights, One desk for business discuss,two chairs, two light tubes.

2）空地展位：國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)CNY1380元/平方米；國(guó)際企業(yè) 250美元/m2

注：空地36平方米起，不含任何配置，展具、用電、搭建等費(fèi)用自理。特裝管理費(fèi)向展館另行繳納。

Open space:Domestic exhibition district  CNY 1,380 /sq.m.

         International exhibition district  2500USD/sq.m.

Note: Openspace fee includes a show space of at least 36 sq.m., excluding any facilities.Expenses on

exhibitionequipment, power and booth construction shall be borne by exhibitors. Specialdecoration fee

shall beadditionally paid to the Exhibition Center.

組織專題研討會(huì)45分鐘， 組委會(huì)提供場(chǎng)地、音響、投影設(shè)備、桌椅及配套設(shè)施并協(xié)助邀請(qǐng)相關(guān)專業(yè)人士出席。（如有特殊情況，需加時(shí)可提前向組委會(huì)申請(qǐng)）請(qǐng)?zhí)崆皩?nèi)容概要寄往組委會(huì)。

◇參展程序ExhibitionProcedures:

1)參展單位請(qǐng)?jiān)敿?xì)填寫《參展合約》，并加蓋公章后傳真或交寄至大會(huì)組委會(huì)。報(bào)名后3天內(nèi)將參展費(fèi)用一次性匯入大會(huì)組委會(huì)指定帳號(hào)，從而確定展位，否則所定展位不予保留。Exhibitors shall complete the Application Formin detail with their official seals stamped before faxing or mailing it Form tothe organizing committee, and remit relevant exhibition fee to the bank accountdesignated by the organizing committee within 3 days after the registration forreservation of the booths; or otherwise no booth will be reserved.。

2)組委會(huì)在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)向參展商寄發(fā)《參展商手冊(cè)》，告知參展之展品運(yùn)輸、展臺(tái)布置、水電申請(qǐng)及住宿酒店等應(yīng)注意事項(xiàng)、協(xié)助參展商方便、高效完成參展活動(dòng)。

Organization committee will post the exhibitor handbook to exhibitor who has already paid the fee before 1 month ,and tell them the points for attention, assist them to complete the exhibition activity conveniently and efficiently.
