黃原膠是一種生物合成膠,呈類白或淡黃色粉末狀,是以淀粉為主要原料,由微生物黃單胞桿菌(Xanthomonas Campestris)在特定的培養(yǎng)基、PH、通氧量及溫度條件下經(jīng)純種發(fā)酵,再經(jīng)提煉、干燥、研磨而制成的高分子多糖聚合物。
黃原膠可廣泛應用于食品、醫(yī)藥、精細化工、農(nóng)業(yè)、石油鉆井等領(lǐng)域,與其他膠類相比,黃原膠具有以下明顯的優(yōu)越性:

Brief Introduction of Xanthan Gum
Xanthan Gum, which is made mainly from starch, is a high molecular weight polysaccharide produced by fermentation with Xanthomonas Campestris under the conditions of special nutrient medium,pH,O2-supply and temperature, then precipitated, dried and milled into white-like or light-yellow free-flowing powder.
Xanthan gum can be widely used in more than twenty industrial fields, such as food, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, agriculture, oil drilling and exploitation, and so on. Compared with other kinds of colloids, xanthan gum has many advantages.
