FINA（Federation International de Natation）國際游泳聯合會，是經過國際奧林匹克委員會認可的負責管理國際性水上運動比賽的國際聯合會。FINA現今涉及到五中水上運動比賽項目：游泳 （swimming），潛水（diving）,，花樣游泳（ synchronized swimming），水球（water polo） ，開放水上游泳（open water swimming）等。

1、 游泳衣FINA認證
所有在奧林匹克競賽和FINA世界錦標賽等賽事中用到的游泳衣，都必須經過FINA認可，且需在各項比賽開始之前至少12個月被FINA認可通過。

申請?zhí)峤粫r間限制：
Submissions in subsequent years: annually on July 1, it being clarified that the July 1 may be replaced by FINA by another date which in any event must be at least one year before the next FINA World Championships (50m) or Olympic Games.
證書有效期：1年
