瓶子由輸送帶傳送至洗瓶機(jī)時(shí)，通過撥盤輪進(jìn)入沖瓶軌道，沖瓶軌道將瓶子翻轉(zhuǎn)180°后，由特制噴嘴對(duì)瓶子內(nèi)壁進(jìn)行沖洗，使瓶口向下進(jìn)入沖瓶機(jī)。瓶子經(jīng)沖洗后經(jīng)由沖瓶軌道再翻轉(zhuǎn)180°，使瓶口向上。洗凈后的瓶子通過撥瓶星輪由沖瓶機(jī)導(dǎo)出并傳送至灌裝機(jī)。
洗瓶時(shí)可根據(jù)要求增加：1道自來水、1道純水、1道蒸汽。
