整機(jī)性能特點(diǎn)

輪管機(jī)也叫竹節(jié)管機(jī)，滾槽機(jī)，主要用于金屬竹節(jié)管加工，廣泛應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)置物網(wǎng)架、貨架、衣柜架等的立柱圓管、五金家電、照明燈飾、家居裝飾、工藝品等領(lǐng)域。

該設(shè)備采用液壓油缸定位，電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)，機(jī)械齒輪傳動(dòng)和PLC微電腦控制，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、維修方便、加工精度高，操作簡單，只要將圓管放入兩軋錕間即可，是管類美化加工的理想設(shè)備。

也可根據(jù)客戶需要，根據(jù)金屬管尺寸，各種規(guī)格竹節(jié)管的節(jié)距和凹槽形狀，特殊定制機(jī)器和軋輪模具及滾刀。

According to customer needs,different size of metal tube,different bamboo joint pitch and groove shape, also can produce the machinespeciallywith different rolling mould and channeling cutter.
