◎ #9119 Mg(OH)2系經(jīng)活性處理,受熱分解時(shí),分解出結(jié)晶水(H2O)及活性氧化鎂(MgO); 水能吸收大量潛熱,降低材料在火焰中的溫度,同時(shí)抑制可燃性氣體,進(jìn)一步分解,阻止燃燒。活性氧化鎂(MgO) 能催化氧化煙量,大大減少生煙量和煙逸出的速度,同時(shí)能吸收大量的物質(zhì)—高分子自由基和碳(燃燒時(shí),沉積為灰),阻止燃燒,并延遲材料引燃時(shí)間,亦具有極優(yōu)異的抑制—具毒性之HCL的生成·降低人員傷害。
◎ #9119 Mg(OH)2為超細(xì)無(wú)粗顆粒,經(jīng)表面處理活性,高細(xì)度其極佳的表面平滑度·高物理強(qiáng)度…等。是高填充量的基本條件,建議用量:對(duì)總量約20~40%,依材質(zhì)·訂單要求而定。
